The Journey
In 2000, Mr. Anand Kumar Bansal founded Anand Enterprises in Bengaluru as a wholesaler of doors, supplying dealers across the city. It was a trading business built the traditional way — on relationships, consistent supply and word of mouth.
By 2005, the business had expanded beyond doors into plywood and block boards — the structural sheet materials behind almost every wardrobe, kitchen and interior built in the city.
In 2015, the second generation came in. Mr. Ankit Bansal, a qualified Chartered Accountant, joined his father in the business. A year later, in 2016, the company added decorative laminates — moving from structural materials into the finishes that define how interiors actually look.
The following years brought distribution into new categories. In 2021, the company was allocated as area distributor for Jaquar sanitaryware and lights in North Bangalore. In 2022, it opened its first manufacturing unit, for cPVC/uPVC/PVC pipes and fittings. That year the laminate division was also spun off into a separate company for sharper focus.
In 2023 came the step that reshaped the business: Anand Enterprises began manufacturing plywood, block boards and decorative doors of its own — and unveiled EvoSpace, the retail identity that brings everything the company knows about materials directly to homeowners, architects, designers and builders.

Anand Enterprises is the business foundation — two decades of trading, distribution and now manufacturing. EvoSpace is its new-age interior retail experience: one place in Bengaluru where homeowners and interior professionals can see, touch and compare the materials that go into a project before they commit.

Founder
Founded Anand Enterprises in Bengaluru in 2000 as a door wholesaler, and grew it into distribution of plywood, block boards and laminates — and eventually the company’s own manufacturing. He continues to lead the business today.
Co-Founder
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ankit joined his father in the business in 2015. He led the expansion into decorative laminates, the move into manufacturing, and the launch of EvoSpace as the company’s retail identity.
Operations Manager
Rajesh runs day-to-day operations — the link between warehousing, showroom and dispatch that keeps orders accurate and on schedule. Customers regularly call out his guidance by name in reviews.
